Bee Gees Hits List: Reprinted from March 17

Hits List: Bee Gees

This amazing trio had fans thinking they were the Beatles, first because their sound was similar, and second because of their success in the late 1970's.  Of course, no one can come close to the Fab Four, but this group had one of the most amazing chart records of the Rock Era that covered essentially two careers.  Here is the complete Hits List from the Bee Gees:

Just an incredible track record, topped only by the Beatles and Elvis Presley and only arguably by Madonna and Mariah Carey.  The Bee Gees had 74 songs that were a hit in at least one country, and the vast majority were hits the world over.  In the United States, 43 hits, with 15 of those going Top 10 and over half of the Top 10's (8) reaching #1.  On the Adult chart, which was a much softer sound during their career, still the Bee Gees had 21 AC hits, with 6 Top 10's and one #1.  In their native Australia, the group had 44 hits with 21 going Top 10 and 2 number one's.
