You will see numerous websites this next week reporting that on February 26, 1998, Tommy Lee, drummer of Motley Crue, was arrested and charged with abusing his
wife and his son Dylan.
They don't have their facts straight. What happened on February 26 was that actress Pamela Anderson, Lee's wife at the time, filed for divorce from him. Lee was arrested in Malibu, California on February 24, not the 26th, and less than two days later, Anderson filed for the divorce.
The loser Lee was convicted and thrown in jail for six months.
