Calendar* Correction

Several websites report that Steely Dan appeared at the Kursall Ballroom in Southend, Essex, England on June 1, 1974.  According to much research, we believe that the tour which began on May 17, Steely Dan's first outside of North America, was canceled after four dates when Donald Fagen became ill.  The magazine Rolling Stone confirms this.  Further, the correct spelling of the facility is the Kursaal Ballroom.
