Numerous websites incorrectly say that Keith Moon, drummer of the Who, died after taking the drug Hemenephirin. There is no such drug. Moon died after taking Himinevrin, according to Billboard magazine. Himinevrin contains the active ingredient Clomethiazol, used to combat the effects of acute alcohol withdrawal, according to the book GC/MS in Clinical Chemistry by Petra Gerhards, Ulrich Bons, and Jürgen Sawazki.
