Five Best: Neil Sedaka

The man with two careers--he was one of the hottest stars of the early 1960's with six Top 10 hits in three years.  But his success took a tumble when the Beatles changed music forever.  So in 1974, with the help of Elton John's label Rocket Records, Neil Sedaka reinvented himself, scoring a #1 smash with "Laughter in the Rain".  It had been more than eight years since he had had any kind of hit, and 12 years since he had a Top 10.  But Neil continued charting through 1980.  Here are the Five Best* (with a few extras):

1.  Bad Blood (with Elton John)

2.  Laughter in the Rain

3.  Breaking Up Is Hard To Do (1962)

4.  The Immigrant

5.  Breaking Up Is Hard To Do (1976)
