Inside The Rock Era has written, researched and produced numerous music specials in the two-and-a half years we've been in existence; it's probably why many people like it. Soon, we'll unveil our next "creation", The Top 100 Female Artists of the Rock Era*. In short, it will be the best music special released on this website to date.
The reason is that we are highlighting careers, not just a few songs. The Top 100 Guitarists of the Rock Era* was solid and entertaining, but, while we admire their artistry, the songs themselves are not necessarily good. The Top 100 Albums of the Rock Era* was a great special too, but an album usually only has 8-10 songs.
Many of these women are not just stars but superstars. In fact, when we get to about #35 (we'll feature one artist per day), it really gets special, and it will just keep getting better from there.
No matter if you like the featured artist that day or not, it's hard not to admire their body of work. When you read about their accomplishments, how they started out, and what they have achieved in their lifetime, it's truly amazing.
This monumental music special begins a little more than two weeks from now, November 21st on Inside The Rock Era. Don't miss a day, a paragraph or even a note!
