If all goes well, I hope to make the book, The Top 5000 Songs of the Rock Era* available next year in conjunction with our presentation of The Top 500 Songs of the Rock Era* to coincide with the 60th birthday of the Rock Era. In the past, this has only been available as a database (for $19.95) and to be fair, you are able to get far more Even with limited information, the book will be about 1,200 pages, it will cost upwards of $50.
However, many people like to have a hard copy, something they can thumb through whenever they want, much easier than opening a file and sorting through it. So the plan is to update all of the statistics (picture a database of 12,882 songs and 205 columns of information) by the end of the year, shop it to a publisher, and get the book published next spring.
