We are gearing up for the spectacular presentation of The Top 500 Songs of the Rock Era*, coming May 21. Inside The Rock Era is your headquarters for the 60th birthday celebration of rock & roll.
While we finish our work on that special, we thought it would be a good idea to feature some of the songs just outside The Top 500*. We have selected a little over 200 of them, and will be showcasing them in the last few days of March.
This one is from the highly underrated follow-up album to Rumours by Fleetwood Mac. It got a bad rap merely because it didn't measure up to its predecessor. That seems a little unfair, since no album in the last 60 years measures up to Rumours--it is The #1 Album of the Rock Era*.
Tusk was a double-album, and it features great contributions from each of Fleetwood Mac's three chief songwriters--Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, and Christine McVie. This is one of the best from the former--"Sara"
