One of our most popular posts in the past month is The Top Songs of 1974, as might be expected since this is the 40th reunion of people graduating that year. The list is compiled from our much larger database of over 12,300 songs that are the best in the Rock Era. This post was one of the first on our website back in 2011, and we have updated the list with the most current information in our database. As we point out in the post, this is the way the songs rank in 2014, not where they were ranked back in 1974.
