This reggae singer from Toronto scored a #1 hit of seven weeks in 1993.  It is one of the great songs just outside of The Top 500*.  It had good single sales, but little album sales and airplay compared to the cream of the crop, and the competition was much weaker that year.  We celebrate it here in our Prelude*...
