Several websites report that the Who's movie Quadrophenia premiered on May 2 or November 2. According to the official website of the Who, as well as the book Roger Daltrey: The Biography by Stafford Hildred and Tim Ewbank, Quadrophenia premiered on August 16 at the Plaza Cinema in London. It opened in theaters November 2.
