Hits List: Three Dog Night

This band could do no wrong in the 60's and 70's.  They put out classic after classic and at one time, ranked as the 14th most successful artist of the Rock Era.  They were named by for an Australian custom of having one's dogs sleep on the bed on a cold night to provide warmth.  A one dog night was cold, a two dog night was colder still but the coldest of nights required a three dog night!  Here is the complete and phenomenal Hits List of Three Dog Night:

Wow--an amazing group.  TDN had 21 hits, with 11 of those going Top 10 and three #1's and nine Easy Listening hits with four Top 10's and two #1's.  The Dog did amazing in Canada with 21 hits, both 15 of those went Top 10 with two #1's.
