Much of what we are taught is to treat others with respect.  This great composition written and performed originally by George Benson has us concentrate on learning to love ourselves.  For if you think about it, we must first be able to do this before we can reach out to others and assist them.  I don't usually use YouTube videos with commercials but unfortunately this is the only one I can find that is the original version.  This one features Whitney Houston, who remade the Benson song into a classic.
