We've had a few people ask why the daily Calendar* is posted at 9:30 PM Pacific Time the night before rather than on the actual day.
It's a good question. The reason is to best fit and accommodate the different time zones. Inside The Rock Era has great music fans all over the world, and many disc jockeys check in regularly to view the Calendar* to assist them with their shows. We post the Calendar* slightly early because Europe and Asia are starting their day at that time, and DJ's in those countries can get their information as they start their radio shows. At 9:30 PM Pacific Time, it is 6:30 AM in much of Europe.
Thanks for asking us, and we hope you can understand what we are trying to do by posting the Calendar* the night before. We always want it to be easy to access on a daily basis. Remember also that you can view any day of the Calendar* at any time by clicking on the Tab at the top of the website.
